day 3......feeling fantastic
Here I am taking on day 3 like it’s nothing, doing only water today, but a little concerned as I just read from another poster that doing short fasts may make someone fat. Hmmmmm. Something to look into if I had the time.
Daily stats are:
Exactly the same except that I have lost yet another 2lbs.
I would ike to get to 125 if I can without burning out.
I think I can I think I can.......as the little engine that could, will succeed!!!!!
Feeling absolutely great today, I need to get a move on packing some things up as we are moving in 2 weeks.

Taking on the raw 16 y
weight loss and well being
What I plan on doing here is water fasting and raw vegetables inbetween with lots of water only.
Yesterday I drank only water and did great, I had lots of energy and felt at peace with my decisions to do this.
In this blog I will tell everyone day to day how I feel, how my hunger is and any other questions I can possibly answer about my journey.
The reason for this journey is so that I can take back my life and treat food the weigh it needs to be treated. I don’t eat too bad or very much, but I guess that the food that I do eat even though it’s good for me, I eat too much of it.
