10:30 am: Wake. Had a Late night at work last night and I wasn’t in bed until 2:30am. This is the first time that I have not woken up with cramps from Smooth Move lax tea, which is obviously a welcome suprise on my first fasting morning. I am really looking forward to this detox. I quit smoking, cold turkey, 36 days ago so this is the first MC that I won’t have to contend with nicotine withdrawl.
