Hamburger Soup - Italian 18 y
A family favorite in the cold weather - Guests love it!
2-3 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Quart (4 cups) Tomato Sauce (about/can use tomato chunks)
5 Carrots
1/2 Large Onion
4 Medium Potatoes
5 cups Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 TBS Italian Seasoning
Boil Water and Tomato Sauce, add Bround Beef (break it up in chunks). Add Salt, and cook until Beef is mostly done, add everything else and cook until the Carrots and Potatoes are soft.

An Introduction - Rice can go a long way!
For me, growing up in a big family has been fun, being home schooled, and having great sisters has all been absolutely inspirational for my creative-domestic side. (You might say ”spoiled”)...!

Meat (Hamburger or Chicken usually)

I keep on hand -
Cornmeal
Rolled Oats
Olive Oil
Wheat Flour
Onions
Tomato Sauce (Home canned is the best!)
