Another day of my Oxypowder cleanse.
Feeling really run down today.
I believe I passed some parasites this morning.... yuck. Some were red looking (liver flukes? I think) others were yellow/clearish. I have *not* eaten ANYTHING red lately (tomato’s, red peppers etc) so I’m pretty sure they were parasites. Maybe I’m experiencing a die off effect from them. Dunno. Anyways, I took another 8 capsules of Oxy-Powder this morning. Thats my dosage.... I do go more than 5 times a day.... but I want to, as I believe I really need a thorough cleansing. I’m a 23 year old female, who lives in AZ. I have been married for 5 years and have 2 wonderful boys. I love them to bits! I am slowly getting my husband to come around to the idea of internal cleansing. He doesn’t eat the healthiest... so I know he is very toxic! So, I’m being the guinea pig... LOL...
