Weight loss plans.
 
Currently I range from 260 to 265 pounds. I haven’t weighed this much since eight years ago. A lot of happen in eight years. For a while I was losing weight and I was happy with myself. Then stuff happen and I had a hard time staying active and my body gradually gained. My plan is to ’reboot’. Basically I want to take some time to cleanse and work through the emotional crap I haven’t faced. Tomorrow I will be starting a 4 day cucumber juice fast.
