Its a spring clean! Today I am preparing for my dry fast. A little about my circumstances and the reason for fasting. I am a working adult so will have to stay active and unfortunately miss out on some fasting activities (like dry scrubbing, resting, etc) but will be incorporating daily walks into the routine.
