Water fasting journey
Hey guys, moving along here. I have had a bit more energy to do my nightly sunset walks. I am also going in the infrared sauna for 45 minutes a day. My tongue is still white. All is well. Not too much to update.

Water Fasting Journey
Hey everyone! On day 7 and feeling good! I get a tiny bit dizzy upon standing but other than that I have been very active these past few days. I have been doing a coffee enema every couple of days. I have also been going in the sauna every day. I’m feeling so light and so happy. Last night I got a little bit down because I felt like I was missing out on so much but I just reminded myself that the food will always be there and that my body really needs this time to heal itself. Water fasting journey
Hi everyone, I’m feeling euphoric! On top of the world. My face has really slimmed out, my eyes are crystal clear, and I have so much energy. My menstrual cycle came today, which is a week early so I thought that was interesting. I’ve had some weird feelings in my ovaries during this fast so I am seeing it as another way for my body to cleanse itself. Water Fasting Journey
Hey guys! Here i am on day 4 feeling great. I have actually been incorporating a bit of dry fasting and that has actually helped my cravings do down. Go to the dry fasting forum to read more on it. It’s really interesting. I am hoping it will help my shoulder and abdomen inflammation decrease. I had much more energy today than on days 1,2, and 3. Water fasting journey
So here we are on day 2. I have felt weak for the majority of the day and I get dizzy when I stand up. My tongue is coated white and my body odor is pretty horrible. I jumped on the trampoline for 5 minutes and I am going for a sunset walk in a little bit. I have had no desire to drink water so I’ve probably only had 8 oz of water today. I always end up watching the food channel while I’m fasting but I’m not really craving any of the food. Other than that, there’s not much to say about today. Fasting for healing
Hey everyone, I am on day 1 of my 14 day water fast. I completed a 21 day juice fast back in February and I felt the best I have ever felt. I have been battling candida, parasites, and systemic inflammation for the past year now. I read back through my juice cleansing blog and I sounded euphoric in all of my posts. I cannot wait to have that feeling back. I slipped back into some bad habits.. namely drinking coffee. I eat quite healthy.. mostly vegetables and fruit.
