I did a liver flush about a year ago, after I read a book called, ”Are You Stoned”. I used lemon juice and olive oil....this one required that you drink them separately and then alternate. It’s really heavy feeling to drink the oil straight and then drink the lemon juice straight. This one required A LOT of olive oil, more than Hulda’s. However: I had a LOT of stones released the first time. I did not do a parasite cleanse (but I did do a colon cleanse and did colonic irrigations several times before it).
