DAY 4 of water fast
Well its day 4 and I feel pretty good. I have been working nights lately so it has been a good distraction. My appetite is gone which is great. My stomach has stopped growling. I have noticed that my energy level has gone down but that may be due to my night shifts. I am looking forward to seeing the signs of cleansing.
I am drinking about 4 litres of water per day at the moment. I have been sipping it often to keep the hunger to a minimum. I still have not weighed myself but perhaps Monday morning I will do that (day 5).

Well I am doing fine. My stomach is still growling but I am still in control. I am sipping water quite a lot. I have a litre of water with me at all times to sip on. The cramps ease quite easily with water consumption but it is best to sip. I have not weighed myself recently because I dont want this cleanse to be about weight loss only. Tomorrow I will weigh in just to see but for now, I am satisfied that the cleanse is starting to work. My cold is gone, and I feel a bit better other than the hunger.

DAY 2 Water Fast 6 y
this is day 2 of my water fast
Well this is day 2 of my water fast. My stomach was grumbling but I kept drinking water and it subsided.
weight day 1: 315
weight day 2: 310 a loss of 5 pounds.
But you have to remember that this is mostly water loss. Normally I lose 2 pounds per day, so the 5 pound head start is welcomed.
I am still hungry and trying not to think about it but in a couple of days the hunger will get better. visit the page
DAY 1. WATER FAST to cleanse 6 y
I am beginning a water fast to cleanse and begin to lose weight.
I am back with another water fast. My last one didnt even get started but I have had great results in the past so I am determined this time.
My goal is to fast for at least 14 days minimum. But since I know that my body is always in charge of whether or not I can continue, I am going to see what happens.
