My goals going into this fast 5 y
Being able to look back at this blog will give me a sense of accomplisment and I hope to motivate others as well.
I just had my last meal of the night which means that is the start of the next 12 days! For some reason I am more excited than anything else. I think mainly because I cant wait to see what the results will be after the 12 days.
My goals going into this fast would have to be
2. Gain control over my eating habits/overeating
3. Lose weight
After my 12 days are up I am going be slowly introducing food back into my system.
First week will mainly be liquids (pressed juices) and fruits ( will go into detail about post fast in another blog post).
