So I have started a water fast in order to try and lose some much needed weight, get healthier and kick my addiction to sugar and carbs. Well I probably started off the wrong way because I ate nothing but fast food the day before.
So I am in the middle of day 4 now. I have had not had more then a few twinges of hunger which I found really weird since I started the fast, with the first feeling of hunger being on day 3.
