6 Days of failure is really weighing on me. I haven’t been binging like crazy and my calories have been nice and low, but I have learned something new! Everytime I ”fall off the wagon” it is sugar or cheese. If sugar is my enemy then cheese is my kryptonite. I never realized it but I find a way to put cheese and sugar in my diet every day. I’m not beating myself up too bad though because negative thoughts promote negative actions. I’m getting nervous about running out of time though.
