Day 2 of my liquid diet
Today is day two of my liquid diet. Today was a bit easier than yesterday since I had a reduction in cravings. For the most part I tried to focus on taking things slowly and just getting through the day. My energy levels are great but I found that today I needed more than 3 liters of water to feel hydrated. Tomorrow I plan on adding in exercise. Wish me luck.

Day 1 of my liquid diet
Today was a good day. I have completed day one of my liquid diet. I had cravings throughout the day... I thought about pizza, cupcakes, chicken, fries...I’m sure you get the idea. However, I have stuck strictly to my liquid diet. I drank three meal replacement shakes with added frozen fruit which I blended along with drinking 2+ liters of water. I plan on continuing with the same meals for day 2 and 3. Day 4 onwards I plan on adding in a meal of soup stuffed with veggies and beans along with two shakes. Preparing for My liquid diet (SW 196lbs) 5 y
My liquid diet
Today is Friday.June 27th.2014. The day before the start of my liquid fast.I am a 5’7 26 year old female and I currently weigh 196lbs.My ideal weight is 130lbs. I’ve had three injuries in my lifetime which include a hairline fracture in my hand and tearing in both knees. Lastly I have irregular menstrual cycle
My goals/hopes for this diet is to lose around 40 pounds putting my weight somewhere in the 150’s. The removal/reduction of any scar tissue from my old injuries. As well as a healthy reproductive system and hormonal balance.
