Happy Father's - and Mother's Day!
When I wrote The Kung Fu Book of Wisdom in 1995, I dedicated it to my Dad who, at the time, was dying of lung cancer.
He attained no formal education, and ultimately acquired nothing of what this world causes ”secure,” but he was one of the wisest and ”richest” people I ever knew.

Here’s the deal folks:
The sun is your friend, and sunscreen is poison...no matter what anybody tells you, any doctor or pharmaceutical company included.
The Sun is a gift from Heaven...it purifies your skin, and blesses you with Vitamin D.
The issue is this:
just don’t cook yourself under it for hours on end, whether you have olive, brown, gold, or white-snow skin.
20 minutes, tops.

Let me say from the on-set that this post is not advocating for gluttony or for red meat or unhealthy food of any kind.

gluten-free, respect and love your body, Power of Prayer on Plants
Your body is the Temple of the Living Love.
As such, you must treat it lovingly...and with loving-kindness.
And the best and safest way to do that is to never again feed it processed food, milk, red meat, alcohol or a cigarette.
If it’s bagged, boxed, canned or wrapped, don’t ingest it.
If Heaven didn’t make it, don’t eat it or drink it.
