I have now had my last meal and I am ready to embark on my 40 day fast (or as long as it takes to loose about 35 pounds. will not disclose my starting height or weight. For the past half of a year I have been under a lot of stress and my diet has been severely affected. I am embarking on this fast as a way to cleanse my body and mind, and boost my overall outlook on life. I am entering a less stressful phase in my life so hopefully this will help me keep my commitment to this fast.
