Very tired today. Itís 3:00pm and Iíve slept on and off all day. So tired. Iím out of breath from just rolling over in bed or walking from my bedroom to the bathroom. Sometimes I get dizzy on the way, and have to sit on the couch for a few seconds, and then it goes away. Need to careful when getting up too quickly. Iíve been having the weirdest dreams Iíve ever had in my life. Last night I dreamed my dad died. Heís already dead. It was terrible. Water Fast Day #12
Weird. I had thought I was posting every day, but seems like I canít find Day #10 or Day #11. Still learning how to navigate this site.
Today was a disaster. Every muscle aches. I saw my therapist today due to depression and a less than borderline melt-down. Too many stressors to list, but I did note to her that me taking control of food intake makes me feel in control and good at something many people arenít. Yeah, I know that sounds egocentric, but whatev.

Water Fast Day #9
Another good day, despite feeling a bit dizzier. Weighed 132.4 this morning. Up to 134.0 right now at 4:40pm. Drinking lots of water and taking a multivitamin. Doing stretches. Working productively, and resting when I can. Seems I get tired around this time of day. I slept really well last night. No aches, no pains, still no hunger pangs. I feel really healthy. I look healthier. My clothes are starting to get pretty loose. During my first fast a few months ago (17 days) I went from 164lbs to 140lbs (Iím 5í 5Ē) and kept all but 2lbs off.

Water Fast Day 7
Today is Day #7 of my water fast. I wish I had found this site sooner to chronicle my first 6 days, but I did that on Tumblr. Iíll try to cut and past those posts here.
Feeling a little tired today. Slept quite a bit this weekend. Hunger pangs stopped around Day #4. Headaches (minor) stopped around Day #3. I donít feel hungry at all. I continue to to drink lots of water.
My starting weight was 143.8. I am now 135.6.
