Fasting for Weightloss

Thurday June 6th 2005 9:19 am starting water fast today. going until I loose 10-15 lbs. I will be working out daily during my lunch as well as when i get home. I will be using this bog as a journal Monday - Friday. and on Monday I will do a complete weekend update. So far so good. Stats 5’5 145lbs will weight myself again Monday.   visit the page
