Day 2 of fasting 19 y
day 2
Now, here I am almost through day 2.
Had some headache in the morning, but it went away fortunately.
This hasn’t been pure water tho, drank ca 300 ml fresh juice - mix of carrot, orange and beet juice. I think that’s why I’m feeling so ”normal”. I’m experiencing cravings, but no weakness, not tired or feeling cold.
Tomorrow’s gonna be tough as the whole weekend. I don’t know how long I’ll fast, but even if I eat, i t’s gonna be raw veges or fruits.

All right, this time I succeeded!!!
All water throughout the day and feeling ok. I was very busy at work and did’t actually have time to think about how hungry I am - and I sure had no time to eat LOL. Later in the evening I went to movies (Kingdom of Heaven - it was good) and this kept me away from goodies at home.
I got a light headache just before the bed and I didn’t sleep that well... but oh well, it could had been worse and I’m pretty happy about this 1st day of mine!
Now I’m working thro the day 2 and it’s not too hard either.

So - it’s gonna be tomorrow when i start my fasting experience. I hope to lose some weight - maybe 10 kilos - as well as gain self control and mental clarity. Everyone is highly welcome to read and comment! I don’t want to feel alone when doing it... visit the page |
