Day 2 overview
Ok so yesterday went well i dropped 3 lbs. Not bad considering I drank coffee all day and I started bloating due to that time. My hunger has nearly seised completely. Not even craving anything :). Well gtg update later visit the page Week 1 Fasting Day 1 11 y
Day 1 week 1
Ok so its 1 am and Im up for God only knows why. So i decided to drink a bit of magnesium citrate. I took my weight and I’m 123.6. My goal is about 100 - 105. For today I’m water fasting. I’m expecting some serious headaches because I’m addicted to coffee and caffeine in general. I’m also addicted to food so this will be difficult anyway :/. Well wish me luck. fast overview. Reasons to do it
There was a point in my life when I believed fasting meant starving. I thought skipping meals was just skipping meals not another form of fasting. I’ve been researching fasting for over a year now and the benefits derived from it are rather intriguing. While I have yet to learn if fasting helps schizoaffective disorder Im hoping it will atleast bring clarity to my situation. I also have IBS, arthritis, stenosis, and PMDD.
