Yes I ate, and it was for the best.
So I did indeed had my cucumber and a couple other green things. I was fine. No stomach pains. I then decided to speed walk at my gym for 45 minutes. Afterwards, I decided to weigh myself for kicks...
After 12 days of fasting, I did not lose 1 pound.
I knew I wasnít crazy. You see people, this is how powerful hormones really are. I tell you, I cannot wait to go to the doctor Wed. I am going to get to the bottom of this no matter what it takes. Iím sorry to dissappoint anyone, but after I finish this post, I am going to have a cucumber. Thatís right. Iím breaking the fast. I just got back from a dressing room. Besides taking pictures, that is the only true way of knowing if you look healthier. I looked like an out-of-shape mess. I also noticed my swollen abdomen is still present - even after my period. My bodyfat has either increased or has stayed the same since 12 days ago. Actually, it has most likely gone up since my breasts are bigger, but donít hurt. I am truly dissappointed.

Feeling Skinny Fat :(
My this blog thing is wonderful. Itís been so long since Iíve taken the time to write. Never underestimate the power of venting.
So Iím not quite sure about the supplements Iíve added. I think Iím best off omitting the oils (fish and vit D).
On a sad note, I am contemplating breaking the fast soon. You see, I might be a couple of pounds lighter, but when I look in the mirror from behind, I am so out of shape. Feeling a little out of it today...
Ok, so now that I am home for the day, I can add some more details about my fasting journey.
First off, I am having regular bowel movements care off my Dr. Natura colon cleanser. I take 2 tsp. of this every night, followed by a senna tea.
Second, my only activity has been walking. Because of my severe calorie restriction, I feel this is the most appropriate form of exercise. I walk between 1 and 2 hours per day (usually around stores, although I donít buy much :).

Hello. I actually attempted to set up this blog at the beginning of my fast, but for some unfortunately reason, it didnít go through.
The fast I am currently on is quite simple. I basically stay below 20 grams of sugar (from the juice of course) per day. I mainly stick to lemons, limes, diluted unsweetened cranberry juice (from concentrate, but can you blame me?), and half and orange here and there. I believe this is working because whatever has grown in my abdomen (possible fibroids?) seems to really like sugar.
