How you can save $75 on a oral and nasal irrigator
To my opinion (and my naturally oriented dentist’s opinion) Viajet is the best mouth irrigator. You can by one directly from the company:
http://www.oratec.net/conProductDetails.htm (look at Irrigators). I used others also but this one is the best, at least to my opinion.

My formula and technique for Psyllium&Bentonite cleanse
As a base for my formula I took Dr. Schulze’s Intestinal formulas #1 and #2 ( https://www.herbdoc.com/p17.asp) and the formula from BlessedHerbs ( http://www.blessedherbs.com/index.cgi?id=822568623747&sp=colon_cleansing_kit). Bowel stimulator: 1. Aloe Vera leaf powder 10g 2. Cascara Sagrada bark powder 10g 3. Senna leaves 10g 4. Habanero or Cayenne pepper 1-3g (less Habanero as tends to be much stronger). My approach to liver flushes
As I said before I’ve done more than 50 liver flushes in 8 years. Here is a good example of my results:

Most of them I’ve done with lemon juice and olive oil and, boy, I would say it is so much easier to do with grapefruit juice. Now that I am doing it with grapefruit juice (thanks to curezone and Dr. Andreas) I never have any nausea neither during the drinking of potion nor after. I started experimenting with natural cures in 1997, after a successful liver flush. When the next morning after I drank lemon juice and olive oil, liver stones started to come out of me and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I would say it is much more powerful than seeing a picture, knowing that those things were inside of you is somehow unbelievable at first and ground shaking then.
