3rd Update 19 y
sinusitis, cortisone, candida, immune defiency
21st of May. Sinuses are so-so, pretty clear, but still alot of mucous when I blow my nose. Cheated a little on the smoking and overdid the HP I think, since my sinuses got worse and were really stuffed for a couple of days last week. Been taking Zoloft now for some time because of my depression, which began at age 10, probably due to sinusitis. Also added some omega-3’s which I read are good for depression. Have some muscle spasming. I am still wondering whether the up-side-down flooding can reach the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. My ENT specialist is going to call me on 26th of May, so ... read more
2nd update - GREAT progress! + experiment 19 y
Doing great progress, and did an experiment
WOW! Where do I start. I contacted my ENT doctor about the HP therapy, and he seemed not be very open to it, and didnt recommend it. He suggested I could have yet another (6th?) surgery if my problems would get worse, hmm.
So, I havent smoked for about 10 days, used the HP as advised by Cando, and also a cortisone spray. My sinuses are more open than they have been for years. My eyes are opening up and dont tilt downwards anymore. I seem to have more energy. I feel very optimistic. It feels really great. One thing I must say though is that I don’t use a nasal spray for the HP, but a Nas ... read more
1st update 19 y
First week experience and thoughts

Afterwards there have been some blood, which kind of freaks me out, cause I know the sinuses have lots of thin blood vessels, and I dont know what HP does to these, if they burst will they heal? After every flooding my nose cloggs up and it takes 2 days for it to settle down. Not much pain though during the flooding itself, I do 1 part HP to 10 parts water. Cant say if sinuses are better yet. Weather if g ... read more
My life and my illness 19 y
My life has been difficult with chronic sinusitis, I am trying the hydrogen peroxide upside-down flooding to see if it may help me.
It seems I have had sinusitis as long as I can remember. I was practically born with it, and snored even as an infant. I had the smallest and cutest nose of anyone in my family. They took me to an ENT and he said I had polyps but they should be removed when I was older...so slowly time went by...I grow up with no smell and I could do huge bubbles of snot as a kid, which the kids laughed at. I had always had yellow to green-colored snot. I was always small and weak. When I was 7 or 8 my polyps were removed.
My sinusitis got worse and worse though, especially during teenage years. By thi ... read more
