Day One -- Success!!! 15 y
Day One was a total success!!
YESS!! Day one is done! And I had absolutely nothing to eat! I am really proud of myself!!
I think the secret to getting through day one is to keep yourself busy... and I did! I had too many errands to run today, and the weather was really nice outside today, and time just flew by! I also made dinner for my family, and did not even taste a bit of it! (They don’t know I’m fasting. If I tell them, I will jinx it...I know it!)

Here are my stats, measurements, and rules of this three week fast.
I’ve decided to start yet another liquid fast. However, this one will only last 3 weeks (from today, April 24, to May 15).
Starting weight (December 2004): 217
Current weight (April 24, 2005): 191
Goal weight by May 15, 2005: 175
Measurements (as of April 18, 2005):
height: 5’5”, female
Rules of fast:
-drink at least 1 liter of water a day
-two glasses of orange juice allowed
-8oz of soy milk allowed
-must go to the gym every day (do either cardio, kickboxing, or weight training)
