starting again
I failed my previous attempt on fasting. I am going to start fasting again tomorrow. I am not going to give up until I reach my goal. I have to keep trying until I reach where I want to be.

Day 2 /35
It’s day 2 of my water fast. Last night around 3:00 am I was feeling so hungry and I couldn’t get back to bed. I took an enema and I feel like it drained out all my energy. But when I fast I like to have that empty feeling in my colon. I did not prepare for this fast with eating only fruits and veggies or juices, therefore I believe an enema was necessary. visit the page Day 1 Yay!!!! 12 y
Started day one of my water fast
My first day of water fasting has just started. I am doing this fast to lose weight, soul searching and for spiritual experience. I have fasted before a few times, my longest water fast was for about 8 days and 12 days master cleanse and a few juice fast.
I have been wanting to do a long water fast and I just never focused my mind to actually start the fast. At the beginning of the year I weighed in at 265lbs.
