Just got done reading Dr. Fuhrman’s book on fasting (for the second time) and decided to just do it. A little over two and a half years ago I had gastric bypass surgery. I lost 50 pounds in the first 4 months but then my grandson died and I couldn’t deal with it. I also have bi-polar disorder so it wasn’t a good idea for me to get the bypass surgery, but I didn’t do enough research beforehand.
