Fast starting well 13 y
weight loss 6 pounds , detox , waterfast
I have fasted now one full day and have lost 6 pounds,I know this is mostly water weight but Im happy to have started losing just the same.Feeling a little nauseous and woke up with a headache,feel hungry but resisting temptation.Every time I feel tempted to quit I just have to look down at my protruding belly and wobbly legs and know quitting isnt an option here. visit the page Day 1 of 40 day water fast 13 y

Well I just showered after having my last cigarette.Im quitting,I had a dream I opened up my skin and underneath was solid tar.My bodys way of telling me something?? Im water fasting because it has worked before for weight loss and overall health improvement before,now I want it to help kick out the toxins from smoking and never pick up one of those expensive smelly death sticks again.I have successfully water fasted for well past 20 days before,and I think 40 days is just a symbol for me of the kind of length I think I would have to fast to clean up my body and allow it to heal.I am obese ... read more |
