A journey to find an answer to why I "binge". I have had a "binge eating disorder for 25 years and I believe fasting will bring me that answer.
I promised myself that I would do this starting the day after Christmas. I want my personal suffering to end in regard to my ”binge eating disorder.”
This will be my third fast. The first one lasted for 21 days and the second one, 22. I need to write and try to figure out why I do this to myself and find some kind of a ”cure.” Is there one out there.
