I just finished day two of my fast. Today I had the urge to eat, I just wanted to eat something. I felt like I had no control and I just have to put that piece of bread in my mouth. But instead I drank fruity green tea, which calmed my nerves and relaxed me. I think that before you fast or while your fasting, you have to prepare yourself to deal with the worst temptations. fasting to live life to the fullest!!!
Today is day one of my juice/water fasting. I plan on doing the fast for at least 60 days. I will be drinking juice at the beginning of the fast. I find the detox symptoms to be quite severe at the beginning of the fast. By drinking juice it slows down the detox symptoms. I am fasting to get my health back and to do some soul searching.
