First of all sorry for not posting yesterday, I felt to weak and just didn´t bring myself round to it, so I will post both days today (one in the morning and the other in the evening). Weight: 67,2kg Water consumed: 2 liters Physical signs: slight weakness in the muscles, clouded thinking, slight headache, strong hunger pangs at night Exercise: walk around town all day Predominant emotions: happiness, anxiety Everything was OK until tonight when I was alone in my room. Being distracted by someone that supports you (in my case my boyfriend) does make a HUGE difference, even if they do try and tempt you with food occasionally.
