day 2 over 13 y
fasting weight loss
Today was an on day I kind of going to modify it a little. By fasting every other day to a certain amount of days like a week fasting is the max. Example I will fast 1 day eat 1 day fast 2 days eat 1 day fast 3 days and eat 1 day and etc all the way to 7. I am always going to weigh myself every Wednesday no matter what day that falls on eats or fast day! Let’s begin next two days I’m fasting so I won’t be eating until Sunday. :-) Rest day!

fasting weight loss
well i read this guys website, i thought that i had book marked it but surpise i cant find it. He did the every other day diet where he would eat every other day. Duh!Well he lost alot of weight like 118lbs. In just about under a year. He didnt binge and when he reached a resonable weight he even incorporated exercise to kick boost his weight loss. Today i’m going to the market so tomorrow i’ll have a healthy meal. I think meatloaf with corn succatosh and red mashed potatoes. well i’m off i’ll updat later. visit the page |
