a little help to eat gluten free
I’ve been gluten free for almost four years. Such a pain in the ass, but totally worth the effort. Gut pain was nonstop when I was eating gluten. I finally found some good gluten free bread that you can actually eat without having to toast it. Sami’s Bakery(I have no financial ties to company) in Tampa. It’s so good I have it shipped. There is talk they may go National soon. For all of you tring to go gluten free and still eat out: Type the name of the City you are in and then gluten free restaurants into google search. Most cities have at least a couple places you can go. visit the page |
