Before you spend your hard earned money do more research. I was referred to the back pain institute in La Quinta California to see Dr. Chris Peters for two herniated disks. I was in great pain and at his mercy. I had expressed that I could not afford his treatment and asked if my insurance would be accepted. He told me no, my insurance would never pay for such a thing.
