continued pre-fast 10 y
update on my current weight
just weighed myself and wanted to give the update on my current weight so i can track my weight loss progress. so up to this point in the day i had mcdonalds which consisted of a six piece chicken nugget and some fries and a large sprite. not exactly a good meal to get me started on a fast but i couldn’t help myself. that will hopefully be my only meal for the day. all though ill probable have a few apples b4 the end of the day. so here is my weight to date.
goal: 120-125lbs visit the page

its the day b4 the start of my fast and im already choosing unhealthy foods.
this is an attemp to fast once again. currently im overweight and hatin life at this point. i cant fit comfortable into my clothes and i cant affort to go out and buy new ones. ive done a fast once b4 and got down to around 143 or so, so i know i can do it. i havent weighed myself in the last 2 days becuz i knew i would just be disappointed in the results, but at my last weigh in i was around 186lbs.
