just weighed myself and wanted to give the update on my current weight so i can track my weight loss progress. so up to this point in the day i had mcdonalds which consisted of a six piece chicken nugget and some fries and a large sprite. not exactly a good meal to get me started on a fast but i couldn’t help myself. that will hopefully be my only meal for the day. all though ill probable have a few apples b4 the end of the day. so here is my weight to date. start: 184.6lbs current: 184.6lbs goal: 120-125lbs   visit the page
