Day 6 is almost over and Iím doing well. This is has probably been the easiest day for me since I started the fast. I feel energized and had no trouble getting out of bed this morning. The weight loss has just been fantastic. I weighed myself this morning and Iíve lost 9 pounds in 5 days (since the beginning of the fast) - and Iím only halfway through! Iím absolutely determined to keep fasting at least until day 10, if not longer (Iíll listen carefully to what my body is telling me). Anyhow, I wonít be posting my experiences here anymore. Made it through day 4 of the water fast!
 
Sorry I didnít post, but I have been fasting!!! Doing great! Iím completing my 4th day and I must say that itís been MUCH easier than I thought it would be. Mornings are a bit rough, Iím low on energy and find it difficult to get out of bed. At night I get clammy and I am always cold. Last night I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night, which is unusual for me, but I went right back to sleep. Somehow, during the day, my body finds the energy to go to work and get thorugh the day. Day 1 over!
 
I survived my first day! So far, it hasnít been too difficult. Got really hungry a couple of times, but it wasnít anything I couldnít handle. I can even resist the pizza in the fridge, leftover from my last meal yesterday. I know, not the best food to ease you into fasting, but I somehow felt like I had the right to indulge myself before what I hope will be a lifechanging experience. Didnít weigh myself this morning, as I was really bummed out about all the junk that I ate yesterday. Will hop on the scale first thing tomorrow, though!
