142 lbs its been 30 hours from the begining already feeling less depressed. last day until the real challenge of day 3 begins.
 
I know that 6 lbs is alot to lose in a matter of 30 hours my doctor has assured me its just water weight and the weight loss will slow down by tomarrow but its exciting that I lost 6 lbs. I woke up...   visit the page

Holding strong only day one 148 lbs. Two more days and the hard trial is over.
 
I had alot of food last night so I started off my fast on bad terms I am hungry but holding strong. I have done yoga and took my dogs for a long walk. My energy levels are still high.   visit the page
