Stop the madness! For almost a month I have just been fed up with what I am physically doing to myself. I know I am being a little hard on myself as I am a perfectionist but some times I feel like I am abusing myself. I need to quit having 2 venti cups of coffee a day plus my 3 cups in the morning, a diet soda, I need to get my hand out of the candy dish at work, no more 2 glasses of wine and for once and for all stop smoking that one cigarette at bed time.… more...
