Day 4 15 y
Day 4 of water fast.
It is the evening of my 4th day, and still going pretty well.
I did feel slightly weak when i woke up, but by 1pm, i had a jolt of energy, started cleaning and getting a lot done.

So,
Im on my 3rd day of water fast and so far it's going really well!
I entered ketosis early this morning, and have been sweating a lot...
