Day 10 15 y
Day 10 and it is okay
All right its day 10 and I have managed to get through the weekend. I am not sure how but I did. For some reason food is really bothering me. We went to a couple of resturants with friends over the weekend. This was kind of weird. I did okay the first time but the second time they were all eating things that smelled so good. I am not hungry, I just want food.
Ok enought about my desire for food. I am committed to continueing this through the week. I just dont have to much to say at this point other then I know I can stay on this. I just wish other people would not eat around me.

Day 7 rocks 15 y
Day 7 and feeling great
Today I felt great all day. I have lost 10 lbs since I started, this includes the 3 days prior when i was eating raw veggies once a day. I got a little sluggish around 11:00 and decided to get up and go for a quick walk around the building a couple of times and that really help. It was just 10 minutes but wow I will have to remember this.
I did 25 minutes of pilates this morning and went on a 45 minute walk this evening. I will do about another 15 minutes of pilates this evening before going to bed. I think really helps me sleep at night.

Day 6 15 y
day 6 of my fast slowly cutting out the juice
Today marks day 6. I was fine up untill a little while ago. I am not felling tired I have started my day with just water and will have some juice for lunch.
I have been reviewing other peoples blogs and post in the forums and seen all the success they have had and know that eventually this will get a little bit better. I am slowly cutting out the amount of juice I have each day and would like to do a water fast. I am not sure I will be able to do just water, but we will see.

The beginning of day 5 15 y
The first part of day 5.
I can feel my energy slipping away. At lunch today I will go to my mothers to take a small nap. Hopefully this will refresh me. The hunger to day is worse then any other day. I just have to make through this fast one day at a time. I block the days off in to small increments. Make it to break time then 2.5 hours left until lunch when I can treat myself with some fresh orange juice.
2:00 in the after noon and I suddenly have some energy, I do not feel like I am struggling to keep my eyes open. My mind actually seems to be clear.

Day 4 of my fasting 15 y
The first four days of my fasting.
I am going to use this blog to keep track of my journey fasting. I do concider this a journey and to those who have never fasted before I dont think words can describe how my body and mind feel.
Day 1 - was not to bad, no really urges
Day 2 - was also not to bad other then my body decided to empty out all of the bad stuff. I just made sure I was really close to the bathroom and visited it every 30 minutes.
Day 3 - I had heartburn and was kind of tired.
