have a huge trip on Nov 22. I am looking to drop 30 lbs by then. I am addicted to sugar and unhealhty foods. I enjoyed being very thin and living on LCD. The problem is for the last 2 years I have been fighting myself by eating shit all the time.
I will try and post on here everyday with my progress, etc (but I rarely use the computer on the weekends!)
The plan is as follow
1. Fast for three weeks (all no calorie liquids are allowed) nothing else. Start August 18 (saturday) to September 7 (Friday)
2. From Sept 8(Saturday) to Nov 21 (Tuesday) 100 calorie shake at End of Day.
