Okay, so I am back on the MC and let’s hope I do better this time. I really realllllllllllllllllllly want to stick with this! I need to. I am having surgery on July 27 and July 30. So it is VERY important to detox my body and be healthy before my surgery’s. This cleansing is ALOT harder than I could ever have imagined. I think the saltwater flush is what thru me for a loop. I am not going to do the SW flush everyday. I will just do my tea’s at night and in the morning. Also I need to add just alittle bit of cayanne pepper.
