Early Morning Cleanse 16 y
Decided to take first MC drink early.
I just drank my first MC drink of the day. I know, it’s early in the morning. I said I would start last night, but decided not to.
Completing the cleanse will be difficult, but not impossible. My roommate is not open to alternative health, nor will ever be.
He thinks buying organic and water filtration is a waste of money. To him, the MC means nothing.
So far, I’m not hungry...but I am tired. Once I wake up, I will do my SWF (Salt Water Flush). visit the page Day 1... 16 y
starting master cleanse early. for me, it's a start in the right direction.
I want to get an early start on the Master Cleanse. I will start tonight (EST). Over the past 2 years, I’ve managed to stay on it for nearly a day before caving in to my cravings for food.
I will take things day by day. 5 days is my goal. After that, another 5 days. One step at a time. visit the page |
