Day 2: its still up hill! but not so bad 16 y
Living with being obeasity is hard, losing the weight isn't..
So today is not so bad.. I cant complain. (well so far anyway its not the night time yet so who knows)
I weighed in this morning and I went from 193 to 189! so thats amazing, I didn’t think I would lose that much that fast, I usually only lose .5 to a pound a day.
I know its all water weight, but even then its still great to lose that.
my goal today is to drink 8 16oz bottles of water, yesterday I did 6. I just finished bottle number 2 so I think I might do it!
does anyone know, if you are drinking tea that is not caffinated does that count as water? I don’t count it as water, but ma ... read more day 1: its up hill! 16 y

So today was day one of my fast.. not so bad, a horrid headache this morning.. but thankgod it has went away.
I am not looking foward for cooking for hubby!
I am currently 193lbs this am. and tomorrow I will do body measurements and weight in also.I hate being fat, but I know im fat. I should eat more healthy and workout. I think working out is more of my problem. It is so hard when you work 50hrs a week and have a 1yr old.
