I found my old blog..I can’t remember how many days I managed to do..it was either 8 or 9. I plan to go for 14 days. I’m not sure why my blog is empty..on the side it says there are 7 messages. It would be great to see the old entries. Anyways, i’ve started another fast and i’m currently on Day 2 and down 4lb. I’ve done a number of short fasts before so i’m prepared for everything.
