Day 3 16 y
day three of the MC is trying me but I'm persevering
Day 3 is almost to an end and ive had hunger pains but have stuck to my guns. even went to the movies today without eating. i truly hope after the 3day hump the hunger pains go away.
any feedback or advice is welcomed. im actually proud of myself for the self discipline ive had thus far. i keep looking forward to the end results!

My 2nd day on the MC is too bad.
Ok guys, with alot of prayer and support, i’ve made it through day 1. Day 2 has started off okay. I’m not experiencing hunger pains, but I did have pretty bad emissions this morning. If I gcould down all the SWF at once, I think I’d be ok. This journal is tremendously helpful and mind cleansing as well. I’s getting a CD and hopefully the book (The MC) today. This will help me focus on other things. Only thing im dreading is that i am baby sitting this weekend and the kids have to be fed. My first journal entry~ Master Cleanser effects
Anyone out there? Please help! Im a smoker who’s on the 1st day of the master cleanser. I assume smoking is out of the question since it contributes to bodily toxins. I’m constantly thinking about getting past the first three days without food. What are some good alternatives to not eating? Day 1 isnt too bad but im guessing day 2 isnt going to go as well. Im desparate for tips.
Hopefully Ill have my copy of the Master Cleanser today so that can help me past the time. the SWF is gross and ever grosser with less salt. I downed it all but not in one sitting. Does is get better?
