Ok so today was day one, and i had no real troubles. i started the day with a BM, thanks to the lax tea last night. after the wife went to work i mixed my SWF and it tasted just how i thought it would, horrible salt water so i chugged it as was recommended, about 45 min later i experienced a series of 4 BM’s. throughout the day i had 6 glasses of the lemonade, it tasted good until the cayenne hit the back of my throat then it wasnt so good. so i chugged 5 of those! all in all the day was a success, i didnt realize how many comercials dealt with food or candy, but there are alot, and so far ...   read more
