Day 5-6 17 y
cravings are starting to really get to me
Day 5- I didn’t feel like having anything at all until about 12 so I ended up going 24 hours about food, which isn’t good. I know its a fast but I don’t like depriving my body of nutrients that could be helping my body to better its self. The whole time I didn’t think about food once and didn’t experience any discomfort so I feel I’m getting the hang of this pretty quickly.

The first 4 days and my ups and downs.
here i am on my 4th day. im doing this fast mostly for weight loss but also to cleanse and repair my body. ive been struggling with weight loss for a couple of years now. going up and down between 180 and 300 pounds. like a lot of overweight people ive tried everything from pills to.... whatever ive tried everything. so my body is pretty messed up right now and its making it impossible for me to pass 180 pounds. since im only 21 i thought it would be smart to get rid of all of it now while its still pretty easy. so lets see if i can break this and maybe i will inspire so other people along ... read more |
