Being friends with Hunger
I’m officially missing food. I just want to eat something. Its strange though if given the opportunity to eat anything at this moment it wouldn’t be a plate of pasta or a sandwich, I’m craving food like peanut butter, cheese and coffee with whitener. As said many times before, as you progress, it just gets easier and easier not to eat. I think accepting hunger is easier as well. First days on the fast
So far so good. I’m now ending the second day of my juice fast. I’ve been using mostly fresh juices and hot black teas. I haven’t had any major symptoms, mostly some mild headaches and I’m voiding a lot.
Whenever I fast I feel really good. I feel really light physically but emotionally I start to feel at peace. Maybe this is because I’m not devoting every spare thought to meal planning.

Goals for my 30 day fast
Its been such a great inspiration reading through some of the blogs on this site regarding your juice fast experiences. I can’t wait to get started again. This year has been one of the most difficult for me. I’ve been dealing with a lot of emotional issues in an attempt to get to know who I am. I’m happy to say that I have worked through some of them but not without a lot of hard work, pain and suffering.
