So, the past few days I have had incredible energy in the mornings, and my mood has been the best it has been in a long time - hopefully this will continue! After having ok bm’s, I am back to being somewhat constipated - will do smooth move tonight. It is my understanding that obviously I need to keep the bowels moving to get the toxins/parasites out! Cleaning update
Now on the 4th full day. Still very tired. Finally able to have a BM - did some smooth move and stool softeners. Had some white things in my stool, about the size some describe as pinworms, but who is to say that is what they are? I’ve been eating lots of pumpkin seeds also. . . Got very nauseous today, which I NEVER do, hopefully a sign the cleanse is working. Also, I have HSV and am now having an outbreak. The humaworm guy says that some herb in the pills is working on the HSV, but I am wondering, will it be a long/short outbreak? my symptoms
Additional symptoms that may be parasite related, may be candida related, may be pregnancy hormone related, etc., etc.
- itchy nostrils and inside ears, esp. when getting sick. (i don’t have allergies)
- lifelong depression
- occasional itchy skin all over
- itchy scalp (this is new since giving birth)
- no history of regular bowel movements
- peeling lips (new since giving birth)

Background and first day.
So I’ve decided to do a parasite cleanse after coming down with breast thrush from breastfeeding. I am a first-time mom who had to have a medically necessary c-section, and as a result, had a large infusion of IV antibiotics. About 2 weeks after giving birth, I started noticing my lips peeling and tip of tongue burning. A couple of weeks later, I realized my nipples were bright pink.
