I’m an 48 y.o. female in excess of 250 lbs. I am sick of being sick. I have some knowledge of how to care for myself and family & I am starting to put that into action. My goal is to become WELL, HEALTHY and free of the food addictions and free from the health conditions I have because of FOOD.
