Blog Description I'm starting a 30 day juice fast in conjunction with a move to a new city. Time to start over on all of life. After (and during) living with an alcoholic sister for a year and a half, I gained about 25 pounds. Food was my comfort and stress reliever. Now I need to retrain myself.
